Our Challenge to you
- We can send matching profiles of interested candidatesas sample, within 24 hours of receiving the client’s requirements. We value your time and commit ourselves to sharing information immediately, so that our clients can start the interview process at the earliest.
- We assure to replace a candidate hired through us, if found to be incompatible or unsuitable within 90 days, at our own expenses provided all contractual obligations have been met.
- We also conduct interviews at our office premises for clients outside Chennai or International Companies, who are willing to travel to conduct the face – to - face round.
Our Charges
- We charge our clients (Employers) a percentage of the annual salary for each selected candidate as our service fee. This percentage is decided on a case-to-case basis depending upon the requirements.
- We offer special discount packages for start-ups and new companies. We do not charge any fee from the candidates. This is our recruitment policy. We also have Career Consultants in our team and candidates who are not able to decide their career path or feel stagnant in their career growth can avail this service.
