1. ISP Sales Executive (B2B)
Reports to: Sales Manager
Number of Openings: 4
Experience required: 1 to 3 years.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager / IT Manager, the role of the ISP Sales Executive is to build a business by identifying and selling ISP prospects and maintaining relationships with clients, provide accurate reporting about ISP sales issues, respond to ISP-related inquiries professionally and courteously and other ISP Sales related tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
? Perform ISP and DATA Leased Line sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
? Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.
? Schedule daily customer appointments and make product presentations if required.
? Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
? Perform daily tasks based on the assigned work plan.
? Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.
? Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
? Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development
? Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats, and personal visits
? Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
? Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.
? Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
? Make inbound and outbound calls to sell company products
? Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecasts and projections.
? Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.
? Identify, contact, and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking, and referrals to obtain appointments.
? Other duties directed by the National Sales Manager and ICT Manager from time to time.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
? Diploma/Any Bachelor's Degree or related qualification from a reputed institute
? At least one (1) year of sales experience in B2B will be a bonus.
Required Outputs, Personal Attribute, and Physical Requirements:
? Good knowledge of ISP Products e.g. Dedicated Internet, PTP Networks etc.
? Proven track record with a demonstrable skill set.
? Excellent analytical, strong communication skills, problem-solving and negotiation skills
? Good personal presentation.
2. Telecom Telecaller:
Tele caller Role and Responsibility
? Knowing all the details of the product or service offerings.
? Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.
? Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
? Stay updated with market trends to better serve customers.
? Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services
? Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
? Bringing clarification to the progress and performance-related expectations by conducting regular meetings.
? Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behavior of the other.
? Keep a record of every customer interaction and sales activity.
Tele caller Requirements
? Graduation or equivalent
? Good Communica
? Priorly experience working as a tele caller or in a similar role
? Having done a sales-related training program(optional)
? Knowledgeable with computers
? Having exposure to cultural norms and diverse viewpoints
? Ability to change the communication style on unusual events
? Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills
? Having the capability to receive criticism without internalizing them
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
? Diploma/Any Bachelor's Degree or related qualification from a reputed institute
? At least 6 Months to 1 Year of experience with Tele calling or related field.
3. ISP Technician
Reports to: Senior ISP Technician
Experience Required: Fresher with Knowledge in Networking/troubleshooting – 1 Year of Relevant Exp.
No of openings: 1
? ISP Technicians install, test, boost, maintain, and fix various telecommunications equipment, such as satellite, voice, data, and network, at telecom sites, Carrier POPs, and companies’ facilities, among others.
? Resolve issues promptly by logging into switches and by following instructions from the network operation center (NOC) or a senior engineer.
? Submit regular reports to their reporting heads on empty ports.
? Identify any cabling issues, and perform regular maintenance checks to ensure everything continues to run smoothly
? Undertake the entire range of services to base infrastructure, such as installing, removing, fixing, detecting, marking, and splicing. Undertake cabling tasks, such as testing, laying, and identifying faults, and attend to maintain them promptly.
? Technicians need to oversee the performance of equipment and identify problems. They also need to help clients operate equipment correctly.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
? Diploma/Any Bachelor's Degree or related qualification in Information Technology/Networking/Telecommunications from a reputed institute
? At least a few months to 1 Year of relevant experience or related field will be preferred.
