- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team .

- Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries from clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Communicate with guests and hosts and phone to address inquiries, concerns, and special requests
- Manage booking calendars, including scheduling and coordinating check-ins and check-outs, cleaning services, and repairs/maintenance
- Identify and resolve issues related to guest experience
